I'm a writer living and working in Arizona. I also teach karate and personal safety at KoSho Karate Pantano. My current interests-- some might say obsessions-- include the history of martial arts and the similarities between Eastern and Western mind/body training. In my spare time, I read biographies, play Irish tin whistle, perform cooking and baking experiments, and practice Tai Chi and Okinawan Shuri-ryu karate. |
